COVID-19 and delivery times:
Due to the current safety measures we have put in place in line with government advice, when placing an order with us you may experience some delays with our delivery service. Our warehouse team and couriers are working around the clock to do their absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times, and we ask that you wait an additional 3-4 working days past the delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

To avoid these delays happening as much as possible, we have amended some of our delivery times to include a longer wait time, to avoid any disappointment of when your parcel is due to arrive.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Delivery time to the U.S. is estimated to take 19-39 business days due to the pandemic and 20-45 business days to the rest of the world.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
